By engaging Elsa Research Company ("we," "us," or "our") for consulting services, you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We will provide financial review and consulting services as agreed upon, typically for a monthly fee of $1,000-$5,000. These services may include:

3. Payment Terms:

The monthly fee for our services is typically $1,000-$5,000.

Payment is due upon receipt of our invoice, which will be issued monthly.

Services will commence upon receipt of payment.

This is a month-to-month service, and there is no long term commitment.
4. Client Responsibilities:

You agree to provide us with accurate and complete financial information necessary for our services.

You agree to cooperate with us and respond to our requests in a timely manner.
5. Confidentiality:

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information shared with us.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by us.
6. Limitation of Liability:

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill.

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the services provided.
7. Termination:

Either party may terminate the services with written notice.

Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Arizona.
